Carmen is a transaction manager with CanAm Properties, which specializes in Canadian clients interested in purchasing properties in Las Vegas, Phoenix and Palm Springs.  This company provides Canadian buyers with prequalified buyers agents, and monitors the buyers’ transactions, so that buyers receive a simple, seamless buying experience.  CanAm also provides answers to commonly asked questions regarding buying in the US, as well as referrals to property managers and tax advisors.  There is no charge to the buyer for these much needed services, as the fee is collected on the referral agent end.
