Carmen Hobson

Carmen Hobson moved to the Flathead Valley in 2007.  With an extensive background in sales, Carmen quickly rose to become one of the top producing agents in her company, Coldwell Banker Wachholz and Company.  In 2009, she gained accolades as the company’s number one sales agent, Rookie of the Year, and the number three agent in the Client’s Choice category.  In 2010, Carmen remained Coldwell Banker Wachholz and Company’s number one sales agent through October of that year.  That October, Coldwell Banker sadly closed its doors after almost 30 years of service to the community.  Carmen then joined West Venture Properties in Kalispell, MT.  She chose this company for its solid financial position in the community of real estate offices and, more importantly, for their commitment to customer service.

Carmen also works as a transaction manager for CanAm Properties, which specializes in Canadians interested in purchasing property in the targeted areas of Las Vegas, Phoenix and Palm Springs.  This company provides highly qualified referral agents for buyers, as well as answers to an array of questions commonly asked by Canadians wanting ownership in US property.
